1 Check Out the Botanical Gardens

The Atlanta Botanical Garden, located in midtown and easily accessible by public transportation, And also visit with Spirit Airlines Las Vegas is a great place to visit if you’re looking for something fun to do. The garden is absolutely beautiful and features paths that wind through acres of plants native to Georgia. The park also features educational lectures, entertaining and informative events, and (of course) great views of nature. This is one attraction in particular that any visitor shouldn’t miss!

2 Go on a Hike at Stone Mountain Park

Easily one of Atlanta’s most underrated attractions, Stone Mountain Park is more than just a great place to hike. At its peak stands a gigantic Stone Mountain carving that dates back to 1915 and features three Confederate figures: Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, and Stonewall Jackson. Since 1992 it has also been home to The Memorial Carving, an amazingly detailed portrayal of Confederate President Jefferson Davis being pulled on his horse by a woman representing History with an unveiled torch in her hand. Many call it racist; many others consider it art.

3 Visit Centennial Olympic Park

a World Heritage Site, Centennial Olympic Park is a spectacular and very lively park in downtown Atlanta. The giant Fountain of Rings is hard to miss as it shoots water over 100 feet into air. Visit to check out one of many live performances, visit local restaurants and snack shops or simply just walk around and soak up the atmosphere. Please note that some attractions at Centennial Olympic Park may charge an entrance fee so please plan accordingly before visiting!

4 Check Out the Mercedes-Benz Stadium

The Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a multi-purpose football stadium located in Atlanta, Georgia. Built for both football and soccer, it can hold more than 83,000 fans and features luxurious suites. It’s also home to NFL team Atlanta Falcons and MLS team Atlanta United FC. If you’re lucky enough to attend a game here, check out some of these key seating sections: Banners & Legends Suites (Sections 11-13), Founders Club (Sections 202-206), Delta Sky360 Club (Section 441) or Coca-Cola Roxy Suite Level (Suite 7). 5 Go Ice Skating at Klyde Warren Park

Klyde Warren Park is one of Dallas’s most unique, innovative, and picturesque attractions. Ice skating is a great way to enjoy winter in Dallas while also getting a run in. Located just north of downtown Dallas at Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Pearl Street, Klyde Warren Park features a permanent (but not terribly large) ice rink that features panoramic views of downtown Dallas from atop Reunion Tower. Skating at Klyde Warren Park is free! Just make sure to bring your own skates or rent them for $4/pair.
